Fresh were called during the week between Christmas and New Year as the school would need somewhere to keep frozen and chilled food until their storage area was fixed a couple of weeks later. Once Fresh were given the go head, their vehicle was delivered to the local Primary School at the exact time specified and set up ready to go. The School was provided with a specialist dual compartment vehicle where the fridge unit was easily set up and run by a standard household plug. This meant business as usual for the kitchen staff when the students returned in the New Year.
